Meet The Founders

Hi,

We’re Marisa and Matthew, founders of CrownCare Wellness, your partners in faith and the pursuit of peace.

We’re a husband-and-wife team in our mid and late 40s, based in the UK and of Caribbean heritage. Like many others, we’ve been on our own journey of learning, healing and making better choices for our well-being. CrownCare Wellness was born from our desire to restore our health naturally, honouring the wisdom the Most High God has provided through Scripture, herbs and holistic living.

We don’t claim to have all the answers, but we do have a passion for sharing what we’ve learned along the way. Between us, we bring together skills and experience in:

Farming & Herbalism – Understanding how plants can nourish and restore the body.

Nutritional Therapy – Using food as a tool for well-being and longevity.

Stress Management & Burnout Recovery - Biblical and natural approach in reducing cortisol.

Life Coaching - Faith first life coaching support and strategies.

We see ourselves as fellow travellers on this journey, not as gurus or experts, but as people who are committed to learning, growing and sharing what works. CrownCare Wellness is simply an extension of that - a space where we can offer the knowledge and tools that have helped us, in the hope that they might help you too.

Our Faith-Driven Approach

In a world filled with secular wellness trends, many have lost sight of the healing wisdom Yahuah has already provided. Our approach is different, we go back to Scripture, ancient knowledge and natural remedies to uncover the Most High’s blueprint for restoration.

As Psalm 104:14 says:

"He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, and herbs for the service of man..."

Everything we do is centred around the wisdom of Scripture and the peace available through Yahshua HaMashiach. We believe true wellness comes from aligning your life with Yahuah - not from quick fixes, self-reliance, or secular practices.
